Corrections come first
If a number on this site is wrong, or was right and has since changed, that is the message I want most. Tell me which article and which figure, and a link to the source if you have one. I check it against the issuing authority, fix it, and note what changed and when.
A correction is not a complaint here. Half the reason this site exists is that fees move and nobody updates the guide, so a reader who catches one is doing the thing the whole site is built around.
If you are the company being written about
If an article gets your pricing, your policy wording or your eligibility rules wrong, send the page on your own site that says otherwise and it gets used. The vendor's own document outranks anything else as a source, which is the rule already, and you almost certainly know your terms better than the research does.
Disagreeing with a conclusion is different from correcting a fact. I will publish the correction either way, and I will not remove a fair conclusion because it costs a sale.
Affiliate and partnership enquiries
If you run a programme that fits what is covered here, write in and say what it pays and what it excludes. Two things worth knowing before you do. A programme does not buy a recommendation, and a product that loses on the research is still going to lose on the research. And no article gets a link where the honest answer is that the reader should buy something else.
Press, quoting and reuse
Quote what you like with a link back. If you want a figure, a table or a whole article reproduced somewhere else, ask first and it is usually fine.
What I cannot do
I cannot tell you whether your application will be approved, review your documents, recommend a lawyer or estimate your tax. Those need someone licensed where you are going, looking at your actual situation. Anything here that reads like advice is research, and it is not a substitute for that.
How long a reply takes
Usually a few days. Corrections are looked at first and the rest in order.
